At your request, we will also advertise on the Internet, expanding the audience your ad is reaching. We then provide you with our exclusive Tenant Screening Services, which includes pre-screening applicants, then giving you a packet of information on each prospective tenant, including a complete credit history, landlord comments, employment verification, and personal and bank references.
• If your property needs some work, regardless of how much or how little, our Property Maintenance Services are available to you. Our crew consists of independent contractors and handymen who work in all areas of property maintenance.
• When your lease comes up for renewal, we review current rental rate trends and ensure that you are receiving fair market value at all times.
• And when you are ready to sell or buy additional income property, we assist you with that sale or purchase and represent you through the entire escrow process through our excellent brokerage service.

Where we work...

We manage properties in the East Bay, including Contra Costa and Alameda counties. We also manage properties in the Tri-Valley area, including Tracy.

When to call...

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  For emergencies, we provide a voice mail paging system which is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also check our e-mail every business day.
