All work is pre-approved by you in writing, except for emergencies. In an emergency we take care of the problem immediately and contact you as soon as possible.

We agree upon a pre-approved dollar limit for repairs so there are no surprises.

For larger projects, we will keep you informed as to the progress of the work every step of the way.

The fees and rates we obtain from our contractors and handymen are very low, due to the number of properties we manage and the regular work we provide for them. Most of our contractors have worked with us for many years and are familiar with our pay scale and requirements. Permits are obtained as needed.
